The growth plan is to adopt a steady development pace while maintaining high standards of quality in our existing hotels. We have been developing hotels for over 27 years and have evolved in our Franchise affiliations as our company has developed and progressed. Subsequently, We have formed our new contruction company in 2011; SHS Development, LLC. The new contruction company built the Hampton Inn West Monroe, and the Courtyard Jackson Airport in Pearl, MS. The main office for SHS Development, LLC is located in Flowood, MS.

We have developed a strong relationship with Hilton Hotels. SHS owns and operate five Hampton Inns, and our relationship with Hilton brand continues to be strong. We are building more hotels; a new 84 rooms Hampton Inn  suites; in Monroe, LA, a 98 Home 2 Suites in West Monroe, LA, and a 106 rooms Home 2 Suites in Flowood, MS.

Our partnership with Marriott Hotels also continues to grow. Currently, we own and operate the Fairfield Inn and Suites Jackson Airport in Pearl, MS, and the Courtyard by Marriott in Vicksburg, MS. The new Courtyard Jackson Airport in Pearl, MS opens for business in June 2014 

We equally enjoy a healthy relationship with Intercontinental Hotels. Currently, we own and operate the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Vicksburg, MS,  and we will start construction on a new 95 room Holiday Inn Express in Southaven, MS in mid summer of 2014.

As our evolution record shows, we have carefully structured our growth as both owners and operators of first class hotels in markets we represent. We continue to enjoy long and healthy partnerships with all of our Franchisor partners. We have been strategically developing our management skills and company to be ahead of our physical developments. The end result being that we are structurally, financially, and physically strong and are among the leaders of our industry.

Faifield Inn and Suites, Pearl, MS and the Comfort Suites, Monroe, LA have just completed full renovation in 2013, The Holiday Inn Express Vicksburg completed its renovation in April, 2014. In the meantime, new renovations projects  have started for La Quinta Inn & Suites Pearl, MS and Best Western, Pearl, MS. SHS is committed to maintaining its products and amenities in top condition for its guests.

Our development efforts are focused on partnerships with major brand that offer strong support, best loyalty programs, most innovative in product and technology and these are the brands that give us most gratification as owners and operators.
